It's called a dolly zoom. Rad A? Its accomplished, by pulling back on the dolly, then zooming in. Which creates a "vertigo" effect :)
It was used on the film "drag me to hell" and i enjoyed it, so i researched it, and now i know how to incorporate it, in my own films :)
Im in major movie mode atm, testing out new lenses, and techniques, So il have loads of films uploaded soon :D
